Mr. Richel Glaraga, a former employee of EENR, founded Southwest Airconditioning and Refrigeration Enterprises in 2012 at Bauan, Batangas. He made the decision to launch his own business as a result of his expertise and breadth of knowledge in refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Currently, the business employs 9 regular people.
